- You are given a 4×4 grid of 16 words.
- Find a group of four words that share a hidden connection and tap them.
- Press Submit to lock in your guess.
- Solve all four groups before you run out of your four mistakes.
Each group is color-coded by difficulty: Yellow easiest, Green, Blue, and Purple the trickiest. Beware overlaps — some words look like they belong in two groups. That's the trap. See the full how-to-play guide. The board you play in Daily mode is the same one our today's answer page solves.
Strategy Guide
- Start with what you're sure of, but don't submit yet. Mentally park obvious groups and look for the deliberate decoy word.
- Solve by elimination. The purple group is usually the trickiest — it's often a wordplay or "___ blank" pattern.
- Watch the overlaps. A word like MARS can be a planet and a candy bar; the puzzle wants you to guess wrong.
- Shuffle to see fresh angles if your eyes glaze over.
